Discovery Benefits Promotes Five

(Fargo, N.D.) - Due to growth, Discovery Benefits has promoted five employees to new roles with the company.

Cheryl Froning was promoted to manager of solution specialists. She joined Discovery Benefits in 2017 as a supervisor of solution specialists. Froning earned her bachelors degree in business management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

David Flakker was promoted to senior business analyst. He started at Discovery Benefits in 2015 as a scheduler on the participant services team and most recently worked as a client services manager for technical support. Flakker earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Amy Morrow, Haily Johnson and Rachel Bergquist were promoted to account executives.

Morrow joined Discovery Benefits in 2016 as a benefits account manager and most recently worked as a benefits solution specialist. She earned her bachelors degree from the University of Arkansas and her masters degree in business administration in management from the University of Mary.

Johnson started at Discovery Benefits in 2016 as an account specialist and most recently worked as a COBRA senior solution specialist. She earned her bachelors degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Bergquist joined Discovery Benefits in 2016 as a COBRA account manager and most recently worked as a COBRA solution specialist. She earned her bachelors degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
