Ween, Gavin DeGraw announce local shows
Rock band Ween has been added to the summer concert series at Bluestem Center for the Arts in Moorhead, playing Thursday, Aug. 31.
Fronted by Aaron Freeman and Mickey Melchiondo, known as respectively as Gene Ween and Dean Ween, the group started in the mid-1980s making home recordings. Ween has released nine albums, an eclectic mix of rock, country, soul, funk, R&B, gospel, heavy metal and punk.
Tickets range from $42.50 to $85, plus fees.
Also announced Monday was a Gavin DeGraw concert at the Fargo Theatre on Sunday, Sept. 10. The singer is known for the hits “I Don’t Want to Be,” “Chariot,” “Follow Through” and “Not Over You.”
Tickets are $39.50 and $49.50, plus fees.
