Portion of Fargo’s Seventh Avenue North to temporarily close
FARGO – Another portion of Fargo’s Seventh Avenue North will soon briefly close.
The city announced Seventh Avenue will be closed between 14th Street North and 15th Street North beginning Wednesday, May 9, as BNSF Railway replaces the track that crosses the avenue. That stretch is expected to be open again Thursday, May 10.
Earlier this week, the city announced a temporary closure of the westbound lane of Seventh Avenue between University Drive and 19th Street North for water main work. That closure, which began Tuesday, May 8, includes a detour of westbound traffic for the duration of the project, which is expected to take two weeks.
